Selena Gomez can sleep soundly tonight.

A transient 20-year-old man, arrested Sunday inside a guest house on the pop star's property, was sentenced Wednesday to 45 days in county jail after pleading no contest to unauthorized entry of a dwelling house, a misdemeanor.

Che Cruz was also given three years' probation, is prohibited from possessing weapons and was ordered to stay away from Gomez, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Authorities said after his arrest that Cruz knocked at the door of Gomez's house and asked for her. When informed that she wasn't there, he ended up in the guest house, where sheriff's deputies found him in a bathroom.

Authorities referred to the Calabasas-area home in question as a "property being purchased by Gomez." Calabasas, of course, is the city Gomez's ex Justin Bieber just moved away from, selling his home in a gated community to Khloé Kardashian.

Police arrested another man in January for alleged trespassing at the singer's Tarzana, Calif., home. It's unclear if she was home at the time, but she was around when Cruz came knocking this past weekend.

Gomez also hung out with pal Lily Collins on Sunday, both of them posting Instagram pics. Collins wrote on hers: "Love you @selenagomez. So proud and inspired. Can't wait for what's to come. By your side.#proudfanrightback ..." Selena posted a black and white shot of the pair.
